More of Wednesday...

On the way to Frederick for Bobby's 2 doctor's appointments, the plastic surgeon's office called and cancelled his appointment for today. That visit was for 2 more biopsies and to have his stitches out. No biggie on the biopsy cancellation--that is getting old for Bobby anyway...it will come around again. BUT, the stitches were really bugging him. Fortunately, Dr. Yoon felt that the stitches NEEDED to come out and had the potential to do more harm than good (2 weeks post-op). So, NO MORE STITCHES! So, he has a few more skin cells than he planned on, and about 15 LESS stitches than he needed! A piece of cake (see icing comment from above post).

The day just kept getting better...

Shortly after Bobby and I got home, Bobby's father came by with a hard earned treat. Bobby can not begin to express his gratitude to his dad for the load of wood that he brought. The dump truck was piled full--and our stove was dead empty and very cold. Thank you Pap Pap from all of us. There is nothing warmer than having that stove cranking on a blustery day. It wasn't long until smoke started billowing from the chimney.
