Rose's Broccoli Casserole

Cook and drain:
2 pkgs. (10oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
3/4 c. chopped onion

Combine:
2 eggs beaten
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup

Blend with above 3 ingredients: 1 c. shredded sharp cheese

Mix:
All of the above items and put into a buttered casserole dish. Salt/pepper to taste.
Top with:Herb bread crumbs/cubes mixed with 1 stick melted butter or oleo

Bake:
375 degrees for 45 minutes

Note:
For a one-dish meal, add cubed chicken breast cooked off the day before!
